Bills must be paid by direct debit from your bank account (e.g. Community Bank, Service Credit Union, etc. or any German checking account).
Can I pay by creditcard?
Unfortunately German cell phone providers do not accept creditcards.
What do I need for a cell phone contract?
A permanent residence in German, a bank account (see above), a valid passport.
How long does it take from placing my order to receiving my SIM card?
Upon receiving your signed contract we activate your SIM card and mail it to you within 1-2 days.
Can I cancel my contract prematurely in case of redeployment outside Germany?
On principal yes. Details will depend on your provider and circumstances.
