How do I get my DSL connection as soon as possible?
It's very simple:
1. Ceck the DSL availability at your residence.
2. After having received your test results you can complete the DSL application form online of our website.
3. Upon receipt of your documents we will do the rest. We initialize for you the DSL connection at the provider. Within the next few days the provider will send you the DSL router (if desired) and the DSL splitter to your address. You just make sure to accept the parcel.
In most cases there is already a telephone socket in the apartment so you just have to plug in the splitter into the telephone socket and the router into the splitter. That's all. You won't need any technical assistance by the provider. Then, normally within 10 to 14 days, the provider will connect your DSL and you can call and surf the web! In rare cases there is no telephone socket locally, usually at first occupation. In this case the provider will make an appointment with you to install a telephone socket. That means you will receive a letter by the provider with the appointment date. But don't worry, if you have any problems understanding the contents of the letter you can send it to us and we will provide the information you require.
